The University chess team led by F. R. Chevalier '29, will meet the teams of Yale, Princeton and West Point on, December 27, 28 and 29 in New York City in a tournament to be conducted in the rooms of the Manhattan Chess Club at the Hotel Sherman, Broadway and 71st Street.

Harvard has this season a team without great experience but one which should press the title-holding Yale aggregation to retain the title.

Captain Chevalier will himself play first board his teammates being W. P. Locke '27, B. J. Reines '28, and Herbert Flashman '27. The alternaties for fifth member of the team are George Gravell '28 and F. N. Rich '29
