At the final trials held in the New Lecture Hall on Monday night, Coach Paul Williams 1L, selected a debating team of four men from the remaining candidates. From this team, composed of J. F. Barnes '27, D. W. Chapman '27, F. W. Lorenzen '28, and C. E. Wyzanski '27, there will be chosen later in the week three speakers and one alternate for the contest with the debaters from Cambridge University, England, at Symphony Hall on October 28.

Continue Work on Brief

Work on the brief for the coming debate will continue this week, and it is expected that the line-up of the Harvard speakers will be definitely decided upon by next Monday, ten days before the conflict with the Englishmen.

A strenuous itinerary lasting over a period of six weeks has been arranged for the Cambridge team in this country. In the week immediately preceding the Symphony Hall debate, they will pit their debating skill against teams from Bates, Dartmouth and Smith.
