J. P. Morgan '11, of Honolulu, Hawaii, has notified the authorities in charge of lacrosse at the Universities that he has donated a cup for that sport similar to the Wingate Cup now being contested for that sport similar to the Wingate Cup now being contested for in baseball. The cup, a large silver trophy, decorated with lacrosse emblems, is to remain permanently in the possession of the University, but is to have inscribed on it each year the name of the undergraduate, of whatever class, who has that year done the most for lacrosse at Harvard, in playing, in training, in securing candidates, in keeping up morale, or in any other way.
