The annual inter-dormitory track meet which was held at Soldiers Field yesterday afternoon was discontinued after nine of the 13 events had been run off. A deluge of rain about 4 o'clock prevented the Freshman track men from completing their schedule, but left the final result practically in the hands of Smith Halls who led by a substantial margin of nine and one-half points.
