MILDE REPLACES GATES AT NUMBER 4 IN FIRST BOAT

The second change in two days was made by Coach Stevens yesterday when the University crew went out with W. J. Milde '25 at number 4 in place of D. C. gates '26. J. M. Gates '27, who was moved to number 2 the day before, replacing C. O'D. Iselin '26, retained his position in crew X yesterday.

A trial will soon be made of the new Pocock shell which arrived at the boathouse several days ago from Seattle. It came without riggers or locks, but it is now being fitted and will soon be ready for use. The new shell ordered from Bowers and Phelps in England will not arrive until the early part of May. Instead of before the Easter vacation, as expected.
