During the war Mr. Stevens, who is the son of Frank Stevens, the head of a single tax colony in Delaware, was a conscientious objector and is a believer in anarchism.
The Boston committee of the Russian Reconstruction Farms has as its honorary chairman, Charles W. Eliot, President-Emeritus of the University. Frederick P. Cabot '90, of the Board of Overseers is Active Chairman of the Committee.
