G. D. Debevoise '26 reached the semifinals after a short but hard-fought match with J. W. Allen '26, whom he defeated 15-5, 13-16, 15-10. In this round he will oppose P. M. Lenhart '27, who was runner-up in the University tournament last winter.

In the round before the semi-finals, R. S. Wright '26 played R. L. Debevoise '29, defeating him in two hard-fought games 15-8, 15-12. His next opponent will be the winner of a match, which will probably be played today or tomorrow, between G. H. Perkins '26 and H. N. Rawlins '27, in which Rawlins. University champion last year, is favored to win.

While the College tournament progresses, matches are also being played to determine positions on Coach H. J. Cowles University five. Matches in the bumping tournament for the Class A squad consist of three games out of five.
