The third round of the University tennis tournament was completed yesterday, following a delay caused by rainy weather and the holidays. Five of the players have advanced through their fourth matches and are now ready to enter the fifth round.
E. S. Mindlin 1G.B. swept through his fourth round match in straight sets and appears to be the unknown quantity in the competition.
L. F. Barber '26, Alden Briggs 1G.B., Asaph Churchill Jr. '28, E. S. Mindlin 1G.B., and J. F. W. Whitbeck '27, are the singles players who have entered the fifth round.
