COOPERATIVE ANNOUNCES OFFICERS AND DIVIDEND

STEVENS OF TECH AND LUTTMAN ARE NEW MEMBERS

All members of the Cooperative Society will have their first opportunity to collect their dividends today. The dividends, which are calculated on a basis of the amount of purchases made throughout the past year, will be paid upon presentation of membership cards, it was announced last night.

With the addition of two new men, the present officers and directors of the Harvard Cooperative Society were again nominated, at the annual meeting of the stockholders, for the positions which they occupied during the last year.

Thompson Remains President

H. S. Thompson '99, present Secretary of the Medical School, was nominated again for President of the Society and will serve for another term in the same position which he has occupied last year. R. G. Luttman '28, and C. F. Stevens are the two new nominees to the Board. The former was nominated for undergraduate director from the Sophomore class, and Stevens was nominated to represent the students of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The remaining nominees for undergraduate directors are: D. LeB. Sweeney, from the class of 1926, and J. R. Barry from 1927. Both Sweeney and Barry served as directors last year from the Junior and Sophomore classes respectively.

Further Renominations Made

For Vice-President, Professor A. W. Scott L. '09, of the Law School, was again nominated. Walter Humphreys received the nomination for Secretary, and J. L. Taylor G. '11, Auditor of the University, for Treasurer. From Harvard at large, D. K. David G. '19, Assistant Professor of Marketing, and A. C. Redfield '13, Assistant Professor of Phyiology, were given the nominations for directors. Bursar H. S. Ford and Jasper Whiting, former member of the Corporation, will again serve as directors from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology at large.

Leighton Gets Another Team

From among the officers of Harvard, Delmar Leighton '19, Assistant Dean of the College, was nominated to serve for another term. F. W. Moore '93, Graduate Treasurer and Secretary of the Harvard Athletic Association, received the nomination for director from the Harvard Alumni. The election of officers, which is a formality, will be held on the last Wednesday of this month.
