President Lowell will be among the speakers at the annual reception to students in the Graduate School of Business Administration, which will be held in the Living Room of the Harvard Union at 8 o'clock tonight. Dean Wallace B. Donham '98, will also welcome the students and will tell of the various phases of the work done in the Business School. Colonel Samuel Hof, President of the Business School Graduates' Club, will be the third speaker.

In the new course on Public Utility Management, which will be given this year by Professor T. H. Dillon, 98 men have enrolled. Of these, 50 are not students in the University, but have demonstrated to the Business School authorities that they are properly qualified to take the course. Under the terms of the bequest of George H. Leatherbee, the course is a free one, to be given annually in the school.
