At the semiannual meeting of the Intercollegiate basketball league held recently in Philadelphia, general revisions in its play were discussed, and action will be taken very shortly to effect changes, particularly in the foul-zoning regulations.
Harvard is not a member of the league, which includes Yale and Princeton in its membership, and it is uncertain just what effect changes will have in rulings to be made on the Hemenway floor next year.
