GOLF ATTRACTS FORTY MEN FOR FIRST AND 1927 TEAMS

Qualifying Rounds Will be Held the Latter Part of April

All previous records for golf-squad enrollment were eclipsed last night when 20 candidates reported for the University team and 20 for the Freshman team in Grays 13. The meeting was addressed by Captain R. M. Clough '24.

All candidates were advised to get out and play as much as possible in preparation for the qualifying rounds which will be held the latter part of this month. The teams for the first games will be picked as a result of this play.

Though weather conditions at present do not auger well for the future Captain Clough hopes that most of the candidates will be able to get some practice during the Easter recess.
