Pfaffmann and Coach Cowles Speak-Manager Competition Begins Tonight

Forty Freshmen reported at the meeting last night in Smith Halls Common Room, which opened the Freshman tennis season. This number constitutes one of the largest squads on record.

Captain K. S. Praffmann '24 and Coach Harry Cowles, who addressed the meeting, were both highly pleased with the large showing of candidates.

Today at 1.30 o'clock a meeting of candidates for Freshman 'tennis manager will be held at the H. A. A. offices. The competition will last six weeks.
