In its second match of the season, the University golf team will oppose the linksmen from the Massachusetts Institute to Technology at 2.30 o'clock this afternoon on the course at the Weston Country Club.
Captain R. M. Clough '24, C. L. Peirson '25, J. J. Mapes '25, A. R. Parker Jr. '25, Richard Keene 2E.S., and C. J. Henderson '26 will compose the Crimson team which will meet what is reputed to be a strong Technology outfit beaded by Captain Massey.
Clark Hodder '25, and W. G. Soule '25, regulars on last year's team, will be unable to play this afternoon, having conflicting engagements, but according to an announcement made last night by manager Kempner, they will accompany the team to New York this Friday for the matches with Pennsylvania and Columbia on Friday, and Princeton on Saturday.
