Denied Winter Campus Housing, International Students Scramble to Find Alternative Options
When the Hasty Pudding presents "Who's Who" at the Club house on Holyoke Street tonight and tomorrow night it will be the only opportunity for undergraduates to see the show until the Boston performances at the Fine Arts Theatre on April 24, 25 and 26. The show had its opening before the graduates last night, and on Saturday, the entire cast will leave for its southern trip.
Will Visit Hot Springs First
The play will be given in Hot Springs, Va. on April 14 and 15 and in Washington on April 16. From there, the cast will travel to New York where performances are scheduled for April 17 and 19. The trip will wind up in Boston on April 26.
Plans have been made to fete the cast in every city in which it plays. Coach Silyers, Mr. Samuel Lee, who is helping to produce the play, Mrs. Cabot Lodge, Mrs. Charles MacVeagh and Mr. Lars Anderson '88 head the respective committees who have secured publicity for the play and who have arranged teadances, suppers, and receptions to honor the cast.
Reviewer Finds Play A Success
The review printed on page 6 of this issue indicates a success which, if anything, should be surpassed in tonight's performance. The delay in the arrival of the scenery and costumes has curtailed the dress rehearsals and with the experience of last night, the cast should find things running even more smoothly tonight before the undergraduates and public, than before the graduates.
Tickets for tonight and tomorrow night are still on sale at Leavitt and Peirce's and at Arthur's Smoke Shop at $3.30 apiece. For the Boston performances, tickets may be secured for the same price at Herrick's and at Lowe's State Theatre.
