LACROSSE OFF TO EARLY START AT MEETING TODAY

Candidates for University and Freshman Teams Gather in Varsity Club at 8--Schedule Includes Three Trips

The initial meeting of candidates for the University and Freshman lacrosse teams will be held tonight at 8 o'clock in the Varsity Club. Mr. Harry Herbert who is beginning his first year as a University coach, will outline plans for the coming season. Captain Weston Thomas '24, the chairman of the Graduate Advisory Committee, Mr. Charles Marsters '07, and Francis Rouillard '23, captain of last years team will address the meeting.

The schedule this year is more attractive than in other years, including trips to Syracuse, Ithaca, and Princeton. The Syracuse Athletic Association through Mr. Laurie Cox '08, has extended an invitation to the University squad to practice informally in Syracuse during the spring vacation. This offer has been accepted.

Candidates for the position of second assistant manager are asked to report at the meeting tonight also.

Monday, April 14 to Thursday, April 16. Practice at Geneva.

Thursday, April 17.--Hobart at Geneva.

Saturday, April 19.--Cornell at Ithaca.

Saturday, April 26.--Boston Lacrosse Club.

Saturday, May 3.--Princeton at Princeton.

Wednesday, May 7.--New York University.

Friday, May 9.--Union.

Thursday, May 15.--Syracuse.

Saturday, May 17.--Colgate at Hamilton.

Saturday, May 24.--Yale.

The Freshman schedule:

Saturday, May 24.--Yale at New Haven.
