New Haven, Conn., March 27.--Professor Bliss Perry, Professor of English Literature in the University, and President James R. Angell of Yale, will be the principal speakers at the one hundred and forty-fourth annual dinner given by the Yale chapter of the Phi Beta Kappa Society, to be given tonight in the Hotel Taft. One hundred and forty members will attend.
Professor Perry will speak on "Phi Beta Kappa, its Most Famous Day," while President Angell has announced "The Reward of Scholarship" as his subject.
