New York City, March 18.--Playing against a rejuvenated Eli outfit, the University polo team was defeated last night in the semi-final round of the Indoor Intercollegiates by the score of 10 to 1. Yale showed excellent teamwork, scoring in every chucker, and providing a nearly impassable defence. Kent was the best player for the University, although he showed the effects of his injury last Saturday.
