NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Under the leadership of Hon. Chang Chien Jr., son of the man who introduced modern industrial methods into China, a party of Chinese observers will visit Harvard this morning. The eight members of the Commission, which is primarily industrial in its interests, will be received by President Lowell at 10 o'clock in the Faculty Room at University Hall.

The party arrived at the Copley Plaza from New York at a late hour last night. Following the reception in University Hall and a tour of inspection around the University conducted by Professor G. B. Roorback, the delegation will be welcomed at 12 o'clock by Governor Cox at the State House. They will leave for Chicago on Wednesday after inspecting the industries of Boston.
