WILL HOLD FIRST SMOKER FOR FRESHMAN CLASS DECEMBER 15

Elaborate Program Prepared for Meeting--Stafford to Prestidigitate

The first Freshman Smoker for the class of 1928 will be held in the living room of the Union on December 15 at 7 o'clock. This is the first year that the Freshman class has had more than one smoker.

An elaborate program has been arranged by the Committee on Freshmen Affairs for the entertainment of the first year students. Dean C. N. Greenough '98 and Assistant Dean E. A. Whitney '17 who is in charge of the 1928 men will he the principal speakers.

A. H. Stafford '26 will perform several slight of hand stunts and card tricks. B. S. Cogan '23 and R. P. Bullard '24 will sing their repertory of songs and other novelty acts. Bert Lowe's first-string five piece orchestra has been engaged to play for the Freshmen on that night.
