W. P. DIXON '25 AUTHOR OF BOOK ON SQUASH RACQUETS

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

"Strokes and Tactics of Squash Racquets" is the title of a book recently written by W. P. Dixon '25, captain of the University Squash Team. It is expected to appear in bookstores about the Square early next week. Dixon has been captain of the University squash racquets team for the last two years. He was Massachusetts state champion and semi-finalist in the tournament for the United States championship last year. His wide experience in the game should lend authority to his writing.

It is understood that the book was written with the help of suggestions from Coach Cowles of the University squash racquets team. The title page of the volume states that it is dedicated to the "Harvard Athletic Association in general and to W. H. Geer in particular for their work in securing facilities for playing squash racquets at Harvard University." As published by the Crimson Printing Company, the book has 46 pages and 14 illustrations and will sell for $1.50.
