Princeton, N. J., November 3.--The result of the straw vote conducted among the colleges which are members of the Eastern Intercollegiate Newspaper Association, gave Coolidge a large majority in every instance, with Davis second and La Follette third, according to returns received here up to midnight Saturday by J. P. Lee, Chairman of the Daily Princetonian, and, President of the Eastern Intercollegiate Newspaper Association.
