B. F. Rice Bassett '25 has been appointed head usher for the series of informal teas to be held on the following Friday afternoons in the Living Room of the Union from 4.30 o'clock until 6: November 28, December 5, December 12, January 9, January 16, and January 23.
These teas have been held for the last few years in the hope that they would offer students a greater opportunity to make the personal acquaintance of faculty members and their wives, since it had been long felt that the size of the University made it difficult for students and faculty to establish such acquaintances.
These teas are open to all members of the University. Refreshments are to be served.
