LA FOLLETTE MEN OPEN QUARTERS

Members Expected to Call Every Week at Office in Apthrop

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The La Follette-Wheeler Club has opened up a local headquarters in Apthorp House. The purpose of the Headquarters is to furnish a place where the members can keep in touch with the work of the club. They are expected to call there at least once a week on Monday, Wednesday or Friday mornings, particularly if they are willing to speak.

The club has taken over the work of organizing and getting out the vote in about ten of the neighboring towns. It has entire charge of the work in these towns under the State Committee because of the few progressive organizations existing in Massachusetts. The club is in constant need of more speakers and automobiles.
