New Haven, Conn., Oct. 16. The Yale University team had its last workout yesterday in preparation for the Dartmouth game Saturday. The work consisted of signal drill and dummy scrimmage between the first and second teams.
The line-up of the team to start against Dartmouth has not yet been announced. It may be announced tomorrow, but possibly not until just be fore the game. The positions on the first team have been interchanged constantly during the last week, and no berth on the team is absolutely secure.
The line up of the first team in yesterday's practice was: Bingham and Luman, ends; Joss and Root, tackles; Sturhahn and Wortham, guards; Lovejoy, center; Bench, quarterback, and Allen, Cottle and Pend, backs.
The Dartmouth team arrive in New Haven at one o'clock tomorrow morning, and will be taken out to Derby at 7 o'clock. They will return to the Bowl this afternoon, where they will have a secret practice.
