That the Stadium will be completely filled next Saturday for the Holy Cross game seems a safe prediction according to reports received from the Harvard Athletic Association. The temporary wooden seats around the horseshoe, covering the space of the cinder track, will be ready for use next Saturday. Never before has this provision for an overflow crowd been made so early in the season.

The temporary seats on the top of the Stadium will also be ready by Saturday and the H. A. A. is prepared to issue 1000 standing room tickets for the Stadium roof in case the pre-game demand makes it necessary. To date the demand for tickets, both by Holy Cross and the University, is greater than it has ever been before. Coach O'Donnell returned to Worcester yesterday with 2000 extra tickets.

Estimate 50,000 For Saturday

All graduate and undergraduate applications have been attended to, and a public sale began yesterday. Today tickets will be on sale at Leavitt & Peirce's, and also at Iver Johnson's, Wright & Ditson's, Horace Partridge's, and Herrick's in Boston. Judging from indications a crowd of well over 50,000 should fill the Stadium Saturday, in which case an early season record will be established.

Whereas the Stadium is expected to be filled for the Holy Cross game it is more sure of being filled for the Dartmouth game on the following week.

Dartmouth has taken 20,000 seats, and the University has 30,377 to dispose of. Of these more than 21,000 have already been applied for by the undergraduates and the graduates, and this figure does not include a large number of late applications.

Dartmouth Takes 20,000 Seats

The class draw for Dartmouth tickets has been completed it was further announced by C. F. Getchell, who is in charge of the ticket sales. This system of drawing for seat preference by classes was started last year and has met with the favor of the alumni. It results in the seating of all University men by classes, whether they apply for single seats or for their full quota.

The draw of the classes resulted as follows: 1898, 1852, 1876, 1918, 1911, 1863, 1888, 1892, 1919, 1880, 1896, 1877, 1864, 1902, 1912, 1913, 1862, 1879, 1922, 1858, 1861, 1906, 1887, 1899, 1900, 1855, 1897, 1856, 1865, 1917, 1920, 1870, 1904, 1839, 1921, 1915, 1908, 1923, 1875, 1882, 1881, 1924, 1872, 1910, 1868, 1859, 1866, 1853, 1857, 1909, 1864, 1895, 1885, 1873, 1893, 1903, 1854, 1901, 1916, 1871, 1926, 1891, 1867, 1884, 1860, 1878, 1894, 1883, 1907, 1890, 1874, 1925, 1905, 1914, 1886.

The undergraduate classes mentioned, 1925, 1926, refer only to those members of the classes who were at the University for two year's but are no longer here. Students at the University now are not affected by the draw.
