Dr. William Henry Welch B'00 director of the School of Hygiene and Public Health of John Hopkins University, will deliver the annual Sedgwick Memorial Lecture this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock in Huntington Hall, Boston. His subject will be "The Foundations of Public Health."
The Sedgwick Lecture is given annually in memory of Professor William Thompson Sedgwick, who was one of the founders of the Harvard Technology School of Public Health.
