Widener Receives Book on Byzantine Art

A book on "Byzantine Art and Roumania" was recently given the University by the author, Madame Marie Jonnesco, and will be placed in Widener Library. The introduction is written by Queen Marie of Roumania, at whose instigation Madame Jonnesco is now traveling in America. The author donated the book on the recommendation of Mr. F. A. de Pilis, noted connoisseur of art, who is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Vice-President of the Patterson Brothers Tobacco Corporation.
