At 3 o'clock this afternoon there will be some special work for the track athletes who do not go to the intercollegiate meet in Philadelphia. In conjunction with some coaching by Mr. W. F. Garcelon, Law '95, one of the members of the advisory committee, the hurdlers will compete in the third pair of races for the Garcelon trophies. Mr. R. C. Foster '11, another member of the advisory body and one of the best dash men who ever ran for the University, will work with the sprinters and give them several trial races.
In accordance with its custom, the Cooperative society will give a straw hat free to each of the Crimson track men who won a first place in the Princeton meet Saturday. The six winners may obtain their hats by calling at the Cooperative any time today.
