FIRST MINUTE GOAL DOES NOT PREVENT 11-1 DEFEAT

The University lacrosse team started of with a rush in its game against Princeton on Saturday and scored a goal within the first minute of play, but never again did it get an opportunity to score. The Orange and Black rolled up tally after tally and brought the score at the end of the contest to 11-1.

The Tiger team showed its superiority throughout the entire game and kept the ball in the Crimson territory for most of the play. The feature of the University's playing was the defensive work of Captain Rouillard and Daggett.
