Several changes in the seating of the four University crews were announced yesterday afternoon following a lengthy work-out in which Coach Muller took his charges up the river beyond the Watertown bridge.
The changes made in Crew A were the most radical, including the addition of two new men and the shifting of two others. C. K. Cummings '23 was promoted from number 6 on Crew B to number 4 on A, while C. J. Hubbard Jr. 3E.S. moved up from 5 on the same crew to the corresponding position in the first eight. Crew B also underwent considerable revision, receiving two additions, B. F. Rice-Bassett '25 and N. C. Webb '23, from the first boat, while C. H. Hollister Jr. '24 was advanced from Crew C to a seat at number 3 in the second University eight. The new seating of the four crews follows:

Crew C.--Bow, W. M. Fairleigh '25; 2, R. F. Bradford '23; 3, R. C. Storey Jr. '24; 4, J. D. Jameson '24; 5, A. L. Hobson Jr. '24; 6, R. S. Hubbard '24; 7, M. W. McGreevy '24; stroke, Walter Amory '24.
Crew D.--Bow, G. S. Mumford '25; 2, Lovell Thompson '25; 3, Standish Bradford '24; 4, Alfred Codman Jr. '25; 5, P. B. Kunhardt '23; 6, M. W. Greenough '25; 7, Garrison Norton '24; stroke, J. R. Hoover '24.
The remainder of the University and Freshman squads also took to the water yesterday afternoon, the class crews under Coach Brown, the 150-pound oarsmen under Coach William Haines, while Coach Bert Haines supervised the Freshmen.
For the present combinations 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the 150-pound squad will be under the direction of R. C. Loring '24.
