In the final match of the season last Saturday, the University rifle team was defeated by the Yale marksmen 499 to 491. Although the University riflemen shot a much better score than against Princeton in the preceding match, they were unable to win against the four perfect scores and a 99, turned in by the Yale team. The individual scores of the University shooters were as follows: J. M. Begg '24, 99; Kimball Grey '25, 99; C. C. Curtis '25, 98; L. B. Robinson '24, 98; S. G. Houghton '25 and F. T. Potter '24 were tied for fifth place with 97 each.
