Bring Crimson Team to Its Second Defeat in Five Meets by Strong Attack Which Nets 18 to 9 Score

Last night at Technology the University wrestlers fell before the strong attack of the M. I. T. grapplers by the score of 18-9. This is the second defeat for the Crimson team in five meets.

H. B. Wagner '23 and Curtis Nelson '24 won by decision for the University, while Captain H. J. Freedman '23 won by default. H. A. Bronstein '25 and D. W. Evans 2E.S were thrown by their opponents, each of whom is New England Amateur Athletic Union champion in his class, only after a hard struggle. M. R. Werner '24 was forced to default his about in the 175-pound class because of injury.

115-Pound Class.--Bruner (M. I. T.) won a fall over B. A. Bronstein '25. Time, 4m. 53s.

125-Pound Class.--Norwood (M. I. T.) won a fall over L. B. Smith '25. Time. 6m, 54s.

135-Pound Class.--H. J. Freedman '23, captain, won by default from Wetherley (M. I. T.).

145-Pound Class.--Curtis Nelson '24 won by decision over Pike (M. I. T.).

158-Pound Class.--Hereford (M. I. T.), captain, won a fall over D. W. Evans 2E.S. Time, 7m.

175-Pound Class.--Greer (M. I. T.) won by default from M. R. Werner '24.

Heavyweight.--H. B. Wagner '23 won by decision over Heath (M. I. T.).
