NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Heavy rain prevented General Joseph Haller, the famous Polish general, and the group of Polish and American army officers who were accompanying him, from visiting the University yesterday as had been originally planned.

General Haller who was during the war, the commander in chief of the Polish forces in France, reached Boston yesterday morning after a tour of various cities in the middle west. It had originally been planned that General Haller should meet President Lowell in front of University Hall at 4.30 o'clock and then make a brief tour of inspection through the University.
