The second-assistant managerial competition for the University Glee Club will start a little late this year, since the club does not intend to call out candidates until next Wednesday, October 10. On that date all aspirants will attend a meeting to be held in the Music Building at 7 o'clock. This competition closes just before the start of the Christmas trip, when the successful man will be selected. According to Manager T. D. Blair-Smith '24, who will explain the detailed of the competition at the meeting, each candidate will be assigned as far as possible to make all arrangements for one of the concerts on the club's schedule.
