WHEELER-BRIGGS TO MEET INGRAHAM-DIXON IN FINALS

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In what promises to be the best doubles match in Cambridge this fall. Wheeler and Briggs will encounter Ingraham and Dixon on the Divinity Courts at 2 o'clock in a contest for the University championship. What the result will be is hard to foretell. Wheeler and Briggs were the University's individual stars in the Jackson cup tournament, but in the doubles matches that they have played in the past two weeks, they have not shown the cohesion and co-operation that a star doubles pair should exhibit. Yesterday they defeated Bondi and Stralem, 6-1, 8-10, 6-1. Ingraham and Dixon on the other hand are excellent combination players.

Coach Cowles will referee the match.
