Professor Manly O. Hudson '10, recently appointed to the Bemis Professorship of International Law, will be the principle speaker at a reception to foreign students to be given tonight at 8 o'clock in the parlor of Phillips Brooks House. Professor Hudson was one of the commissioners to the peace negotiations at Paris in 1918, and is now a member of the Secretariat of the League of Nations. In addition, M. A. Cheek '26, foreign students' secretary of the Phillips Brooks House Association and V. N. Krivelok gr. E.S., acting head of the Cosmopolitan Club, will speak briefly. At the close of the meeting, Emilio Puerto '27, of Mexico, will furnish music for the meeting, and refreshments will be served.
The reception, which is being given under the joint direction of the Phillips Brooks House Association and the Cosmopolitan Club, will be open to all men coming from foreign countries to any department of the University.
