SWAMPS M. I. T. FRESHMEN

1926 Hockey Team Wins by 13-0 Score--Good Offense, Excellent Teamwork, and Accurate Passing Shown

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Playing a type of hockey that predicts a successful season, the Freshman hockey team Saturday at the Charlesbank Rinks swamped the M. I. T. Freshmen 13 to 0 in the first scheduled game of the season. Although the opposition was weak, the Crimson players showed a good offense, peppering the Engineers goal. Their teamwork was excellent throughout the game, the passing being accurate at all times. C. L. Harding played a very brilliant game at center. He is exceptionally fast, a good stick handler, and "checks-back" well.
