Officers for the coming year were elected and plans for an open golf tournament this spring were formulated at an organization meeting of the Harvard Golf Association held last night in the Quiet Room of the Union.
According to an announcement issued by President H. K. Clay '25 the tournament will begin on June 1 and will be open to all members of the University. The qualifying round will be played on June 1 to 3 inclusive on the Franklin Park Course. The 32 best men will then be divided into two flights of 16 each which will play the final rounds on the course of the Oakley Country Club. A medal will be awarded to the man with the lowest score and cups to the winner and runner-up in each flight.
