All members of the Sophomore class are eligible for the second assistant track manager competition which will start at 1.05 o'clock Friday afternoon with a meeting of all candidates at the H. A. A. The winner of the competition will be appointed second assistant track manager of the University team while the runner-up will be made second assistant manager of the cross-country team. The competition will last until the Intercollegiate meet on May 26 and 27. No experience is needed, but all candidates will have an opportunity to demonstrate their ability by being put in complete charge of an informal meet sometime during the season.
