The University fencing team added a fifth triumph to its unbroken succession of victories by defeating the Dartmouth team 6-3 in the Hemenway Gymnasium Saturday afternoon. Captain Hertzberg, of the visitors, the first man to score against the University foilsmen this season, won all his matches. His strongest opponent was E. L. Lane '24, whom he defeated by only a single touch. In a special match with duelling swords J. S. Barss '22 defeated Cooke 3 touches to 1.

First Round.--Hertzberg (D.) defeated E. H. Lane (H.), 7-4; Boyce (H.) defeated Lino (D.), 7-5; E. L. Lane (H.) defeated Cooke (D.), 7-3.
Second Round.--Hertzberg defeated Boyce, 7-5; E. L. Lane defeated Liao, 5-3; E. H. Lane defeated Cooke, 7-1.
Third Round.--Hertzberg defeated E. L. Lane, 7-6; Boyce defeated Cooke, 7-2; E. H. Lane defeated Liao, 7-1.
