Professor R. C. Cabot '89, Professor of Clinical Medicine and Social Ethics at the University will speak today at 4.30 o'clock in Sanders Theatre on "The Ethics of Spying off our Neighbors in Time of Peace." This lecture is the second of the series being given by Professors of the University for the Radcliffe Endowment Fund.
