The annual winter meeting of the University Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa for the reception of new members will be held on Monday evening in the Union. The new members will be received in the Quiet Room at 6.30 o'clock and President Lowell will present the keys.

At the dinner which will follow Judge Robert Grant '73 will act as presiding toastmaster and President Lowell, Judge W. C. Wait '82, Mr. W. C. Lane, Professor G. H. Parker '87, Mr. J. T. Lincoln '92 and others will speak.
