Mr. Kenneth Lindsay, President of the Oxford Union, will be the speaker at a dinner of the Liberal Club at 6.30 this evening. He will talk on "Labor and Workers' Education".
Mr. Lindsay was a member of the Oxford Debating team, but was unable to participate, in the recent University-Oxford debate in Symphony Hall on account of illness. After serving for three years in the war, Lindsay returned to Oxford in 1919 and became first President of the Oxford University Labor Club.
In this country Mr. Lindsay hopes to visit many of the American colleges and universities, and to find out from members of the student bodies and faculties their outlook on foreign affairs. In addition to this he wishes to sound out their interest in the labor movement and the development of workers' education in America.
