BUSINESS SCHOOL TENNIS TOURNAMENT ENDS TODAY

Final Positions of Contestants on Banking List to be Settled This Afternoon -- Herndon, University Champion, in First Place at Present

The Business School ranking tennis tournament will close today at five o'clock, after several matches to settle the final positions of the contestants have been played off. E. T. Herndon 2G.B., the University Singles champion, is at present in first place in the singles and will meet H. M. Stevens 2G.B. to decide whether he will keep his position or not. In the doubles F. McG. Bundy 2G.B. and E. T. Herndon 2G.B. in first place, will meet W. G. Bottimore 2G.B. and R. R. Thompson 2G.B. in second.

The other matches to be played off today are:

Singles, 1.30 o'clock--H. D. Wilson (10) vs. O. M. Root (8), C. P. Tenneson (7) vs. R. R. Thompson (5), J. T. Moll (4) vs. W. G. Bottimore (3), G. E. Gilchrist (16) vs. H. D. Friedman (13). Charles Robinson (14) vs. K. R. Ward (12).

Doubles at 3 o'clock--J. T. Moll and O. M. Root (3) vs. H. M. Stevens and C. P. Tenneson (4), B. D. Friedman and Charles Robinson (6) vs. G. E. Gilchrist and W. G. Bottimore (5).
