February 17 the Date Now Set--President Lowell to Speak

The date for the Junior smoker has been changed from Thursday, February 16, as previously announced, to Friday, February 17. The committee in charge of the gathering has arranged for a speech by President Lowell, followed by moving pictures and a Glee Club entertainment. Steps have also been taken to check up on the percentage of Union members in the class, as a recent Union ruling states that any organization must have at least 40 percent Union membership before it may hold a meeting in the building.
