Under the Auspices of the Woodrow Wilson Club, Mr. Hamilton Holt, editor of the "Independent" and executive director of the Woodrow Wilson Foundation, will speak on "America and the Washington Conference" in the Club Dining Room of the Union tonight at 7.10 o'clock.
