Coach Campbell gave the Freshman football candidates more advanced work yesterday than has been the case in the three previous practices. He assigned to his backfield men an entire half of the field, lined them up in groups of four, and put them through a stiff signal drill, paying especial attention to the quarterbacks. He will repeat the same tactics today and may coach his linesman in the signal work also.
Two more coaches reported on the Freshman field yesterday to aid Coach Campbell. These were E. D. Weather-head '22 and D. McK. Key '22, both of whom have been members of the University and second team squads. More men, however, are still wanted.
The first 1925 game will be with Worcester at Worcester, October 8, a week from tomorrow. The remainder of the Freshman schedule is as follows:
October 15.--Andover at Andover.
October 22.--Exeter at Cambridge.
October 28.--University second team at Cambridge.
November 5.--Princeton '25 at Cambridge.
November 12.--Yale '25 at New Haven.
