PIERIAN ENDS ITS SEASON

Afternoon Concert at Copley Theatre of Popular Matinee Type-Tickets for Sale in Various Places

This afternoon at 2.30 o'clock, the Pierian Sodality Orchestra will give its one hundred and fourteenth annual spring concert at the Copley Theatre. This afternoon will be the occasion of the Pierian's last concert this season. Tickets may still be obtained at the box office of the Copley Theatre, at the Union, the Cooperative Society, Herrick's, and at the office of J. D. Robinson '22, assistant manager of the orchestra, 54 Dunster street, Cambridge.

The program will be of the popular matinee type and will include a flute solo, Behr's "Nocturne", by W. F. Manning ocC., and "The Old Refrain", a solo by the violin virtuoso and Pierian concert master, I. H. Rosenberg '22. Mr. E. H. Hoffman '18, a first violinist of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, will conduct.

The program will be as follows: Coronation March from "Le Prophet"  Meyerbeer Overture, "Phedre"  Massenet Violin Solo, "The Old Refrain"  Kreisler I. H. Rosenberg '22 Harvard Marches: Up the Street  Morse Our Director  Bigelow Wine, Woman and song  Strauss Flute Solo, "Nocturne"  Behr W. F. Manning ocC. L' Arlesienne  Bizet Overture. Adagletto.
