The Social Service Committee of the Phillips Brooks House for 1921-1922, including the new Welfare Committee, has been announced. The Welfare Committee has been formed in place of the former Associated Charities Committee to meet cases of need in the University and community. Besides the latter committee the Juvenile Court and Speakers have been omitted for the coming year. The appointments:
